Southern Payroll and Bookkeeping took over my HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical business and they also manage my investment properties book keeping and payroll! On the payroll side they are Gusto Pros and we already used Gusto and they have helped us maximize the features in gusto! It has been nothing but amazing working with them. My previous bookkeeper was doing a terrible job with keeping my books straight! After we got everything cleaned up the amount of detail and care they take with my books is unmatched. the communication is easy and they use great tools to easily communicate because we are based in Mississippi! We also use Scott from the team as a fractional CFO and I have never been more at ease with my financial situation. They are also partnered with an Accountant that is getting tax filed and saving us a ton of money! The check we write them is the easiest check I write every month.

One of their bookkeepers Nancy is whom I interface with the most -- and she has become a good friend.
